Eric Gonsalves

With more than 18 years of experience in the commercial, residential and industrial development, Eric has overseen and been an integral part of entitling over 3 million square feet of projects. He has been part of award-winning teams building more than 500 single family homes from conception through project completion.

Eric has a broad depth of retail development experience when it comes to project pro-forma analysis, lease negotiations, tenant relationships and complex project approvals. As a former planning commissioner, he works closely with local jurisdiction to ensure projects success at all levels. Eric has worked directly with companies such as TJX, BP, Safeway, LA Fitness and many more.

As a licensed California real estate broker Eric has negotiated, overseen, and closed over $500 million in real estate acquisitions.
