Jim Evans

In addition to being a founding member of SITEology, Jim is the CEO of Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, SITEology’s development partner. He founded Sevan in 2011 and the company grew to employ over 400 team members in the U.S., U.K. and Canada and partner with some of the world’s largest companies, including Walgreens, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Kroger and Walmart.

Jim’s extensive experience includes serving with JP Morgan Chase in institutional sales/trading and structured finance from 1992 to 2000. In 2000, he joined Lendlease to help form a new PPP business that privatized 40,000 military family homes on installations throughout the USA. While still at Lendlease, he took over a JV Alliance with BP in 2005, performing program management on retail sites in the U.S., Mexico and 13 European countries.
