Scott Wainwright

Scott’s career that ultimately led to co-founding SITEology began shortly after high school, when he built and sold his first several homes. In 1994, he co-founded Heritage Homes, which grew to become the Heritage Companies. As a managing owner, Scott has been involved in all aspects of company management, with a special focus on site development, construction, value engineering, branding and guest service. He has entitled, developed and built single-family and multi-family communities and commercial properties, most of which Heritage still owns and manages. With the 2008 market downturn, Scott started and grew a successful distressed investment division of the Heritage Companies, which is still active.

Scott’s search for profitable and innovative ventures continued, and in 2015 he came across the Express Exterior carwash model. After extensive research and many meetings, Scott, along with Todd Bender and the Heritage team, initiated the exciting launch of the WOW Carwash brand, and subsequently, SITEology.
